As reported by TMZ, the home is worth $20m, or R279m, and has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three fireplaces. The property also includes a three-car auto gallery and a 62-foot long infinity pool with a spectacular pool.

Trevor bought the house after his split from Jordyn Taylor. The news of their breakup was shared on Friday by Jordyn when she

answered a fan’s question on her Instagram stories. The couple reportedly parted ways in the summer of 2018 after three years of dating.

When asked if she loved Trevor, Jordyn replied: “Of course I love him. How could you not love him? I love him so much, but you guys should know we broke up this past summer, but yeah I love him.”

The glass-covered two-story home has a 1,900L custom saltwater aquarium, as well as a stone bar, a cabana room, a cigar room, a home theatre, and a home office.

In addition, there’s a ‘private VIP suite’ to the master bedroom that has its own terrace and sitting room. The bedrooms on the second floor have unobstructed views of the LA skyline.

The chef’s kitchen has custom cabinets and two islands with a ‘living succulent wall’ while the wine storage can hold up to 250 bottles. The perfect environment to entertain A-lister friends.

As reported by Yolanda’s Little Black Book, the “buyer’s identity was carefully shielded behind a blind trust.” Apart from his $20m Bel Air home, Trevor also owns a home in Los Angeles worth $250,000, a Bentley Bentayga and a Lamborghini Urus. It has not yet been confirmed, but rumour has it that Trevor already moved into the new home.

News of the home was also shared on Twitter by Sizwe Dhlomo, who shared a photo of the view from the infinity pool with the caption: “A random pic, LOL.” The tweet has since been deleted.
