A 33-year-old suspect has been arrested for attempted murder after police confiscated a pair of scissors. Police say the suspect is said to be in a relationship with the child's mother.

He is currently in a stable condition. Our team of physicians and nursing staff are monitoring his vitals and giving him the necessary treatment."
