17 Aug 2017, Meyerton: A man was left seriously injured this afternoon when he fell through a roof at a company on Marius Road in Meyerton. ER24 paramedics, along with the Provincial services, arrived on the scene and were lead into the factory where they found the patient.

The man was immediately assessed and found to have sustained numerous injuries, leaving him in a serious condition.

ER24 paramedics immediately treated the man and provided him with several advanced life support interventions.



Once treated, the man was airlifted by the ER24 Oneplan Helicopter to Mediclinic Vereeniging for urgent treatment.

It is understood that the man had been working on the roof when he lost his footing and fell approximately ten metres.
