2 Dec 2017, Isipingo, KwaZulu Natal: Five suspects are alleged to have stormed into an Isipingo Beach residence(Not an Alpha client) earlier today and fled with an unconfirmed amount of items.

The occupants were left traumatised when Alpha and Isipingo Beach CPF members responded to the scene. It is believed that the resident was attending to a beggar at the gate when the five suspects jumped over the wall.

They instructed the beggar and resident into the house where there were two other occupants including the domestic helper. The suspects demanded to know the location of the safe to which the resident replied there was none.

Suspects ransacked the house hauling various items before they fled on foot. It is suspected that a vehicle could have been waiting for them.

Alpha and Isipingo Beach CPF members searched the area but no arrests were made. There were no injuries reported. Residents are urged to be vigilant and beef-up their security.
