27 May 2018, Cape Town: At least four people have died in a taxi that crashed on the N2 incoming outside Cape Town. Western Cape Traffic chief, Kenny Africa, says the driver of the taxi lost control of his vehicle.
He says the R300 onramp has been closed to traffic. "Motorists can expect delays. There is bumper to bumper traffic and apparently there is also people trapped in the vehicle and so far four fatalities."
It's reported that 10 passengers including two children were seriously injured. Another five people with moderate injuries and four fatalities.
